Training

At OURDOJO You are going to explore and develop the joy of free movement and at the same time follow a training plan that is developed especially for You, after a careful and thorough assessment of your present condition and needs.

What works for You is what we are going to pursue and we will reach Your goals together - as a team. 

We will work with You to increase your resilience, strength, speed, endurance, skill, confidence, determination and every other aspect that is important to You - by building on your existing foundations.
